Our refund policy is very straightforward. Please note that refunds can also be partial based on some special cases in which the technical service fee will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. By making the purchase of any of our product or a technical service, you agree to stick to this refund policy that declares that on the refund, the deduction will be done of the technical fees you made on the product you bought from us. The refund policy does not work after the 30 days of the purchase of the product/service.
NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
The Company may decline refund claims of a customer in the cases mentioned below:
- Software purchased for the wrong platform/device/OS
- Hard copies plus shipping charges
- Inability to operate the app/software on your device/computer
- Inability to run or use the app/software due to an operator error
- You will not be refunded the difference between the price you were paid and the limited-time price reduction (which includes the limited time offers during special sales events
